Minibus transport to hotel or any address


Do I need to reserve a minibus for transport from the airport?
YES!!! Please fill in the order form and our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall upon your arrival. He will be holding a sign stating your name. Please remember to fill in your flight number in the order so our driver is able to determine actual time of your arrival in case of delay.


Can I pay in Euros?
Yes, you can.


Do you accept credit cards?
No, not yet. Just cash please – CZK, EURO, USD


When do I pay for the transfer?
You will pay after getting off at your destination. We do not require payment in advance before the transportation. Some of transportation companies do this and then nobody appears to pick the client up. This cannot happen with our company. We only require payment in advance in case of transportation from a place outside of Prague.


Is the price per person or per group?
It is a total price for the whole group.


Do I pay any additional fees such us toll-road fee?
No, our prices are final.


How can I make a reservation by phone?
You can call our non-stop dispatching at tel. +420 221 111 111 for transport order within Prague, Czech Republic or Europe.


How can I make on-line reservation?

I am traveling with a baby. Will the driver have a baby seat?
Yes, please specify your request for the baby seat when calling our dispatching or when filling our on-line order form. We do not charge any additional fee for using baby seat.


Is the transportation provided early in the morning and late at night?
Yes, it is. We provide transportation service non-stop. If you wish to make a reservation for a transport early in the morning we recommend to do so by 8 pm the night before.


Do I have to call your dispatching and check my order that I have already made on-line?
No, on-line orders are recorded automatically into the order system of our dispatching so you do not need to check it by phone. If you wish to change your on-line order, please call our dispatching and tell the telephonist that you want to change already existing order so we can look it up in our order system and change it. Please do not use e-mail address transport@cedaz.cz for changing order.


Can I use e-mail address transport@cedaz.cz to make a reservation?
No, but if you have any troubles with filling our on-line order form you can send to this address all required information and we will make an order for you. You will receive a confirmation of the order. WARNING: you have to send us this information at least 48 hours before planned time of transportation.
