The CEDAZ Ltd. company has been providing minibus transport of Prague-Ruzyně Airport customers since 1995. During this period of time it has transported several millions customers. We try to provide services the way that our customers have reason to use our services repeatedly or they could recommend them. Appropriate small problems if they appeared and which we are not able to eliminate were in legitimate cases solved to satisfy customers and mostly they were solved immediately.

Our company is certificated in quality management system since 2004, which corresponds with a norm EN ISO 9001:2000. Cooperation with customers is one of main ways for continual improving of our services and work of our employees. • Our service is provided on the base of conditions quoted in advance and they are kept stable for long-term.
• For transport we use cars which correspond to all regulations and standards valid in Czech Republic and which fulfil all safety requests and which are changed regularly.
• Cars are maintained according to clear system of care.
• Acting of our staff is welcoming; the customer receives true and full information.
• The customer is checked-in and receives documents proving payment of fare according to given policy.
• The customer receives from our company a free map of central Prague.
• We respect the timetable in shuttle bus transport and punctual pick-up time in irregular transport.
• The irregular transport is provided non-stop, regular shuttle bus transport is provided according to unchanging timetable.
• Our information desks are open daily from 7 am to 11 pm, our dispatching operates non-stop.
